Pressure

The legally-accepted unit of pressure measurement is the Pascal (1 N/m 2 ), as well as its multiples and decimals, whereas the common unit are the millibar (a multiple of the Pascal) and the torr.

Pumping speed

This measurement quantity is the most commonly used for characterizing a vacuum pump. The legally-accepted unit of measurement is the m 3 /sec or its decimal, the dm 3 /sec (litre/sec).
