Request on your requesting tool coating services:
1. Please take protective measures for any base material which may cause rusting or corrosion, such as coating anti-rust oil, etc.
2. Please indicate on the drawing of portions requiring coating, portions where coating is prohibited, and portions which may or may not have coating film.
3. For protection against chipping or flaw during the transportation, please take protective measures such as attaching cushioning material, etc.
4. Ceramic coating involves heating in the vacuum. Please specify the name of base material, since there are cases where deformation, transmutation or annealing take please, depending on the coating film quality or treating process.
5. Please avoid making surface treatment such as plating, painting, chemical treatment, black dyeing, oxidizing, nitriding, nitrosulphurizing, etc. on the base material, as it may cause trouble such as peeling, etc. in the ceramic coating. Please also take care to avoid any rusting or corrosion on the surface of the base material, as it may cause peeling in the same way as above.
